ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new treatment called Group Cognitive Evolutionary Therapy to see how it helps people with depression and anxiety. The goal is to understand if this type of therapy can improve mental health by reducing symptoms of depression. Participants in the study will be divided into two groups: one group will receive the therapy in two full-day sessions, while the other group will be on a waitlist and will not receive the therapy right away.
To be eligible for this trial, participants should be between 18 and 65 years old and have moderate depression. However, those with severe personality traits or serious mental health disorders, or those currently undergoing other treatments for mental health, will not be able to participate. If you join the study, you can expect to engage in group therapy aimed at enhancing your mental well-being. The trial is currently recruiting participants, and everyone is welcome to apply, regardless of gender.
