ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the relationship between body mass index (BMI), the angle of the neck (craniovertebral angle), and how these factors affect hand grip strength and neck pain in university students. The researchers want to see if there is a connection between the way students hold their heads while using their phones and their overall strength and neck function. This study will include 100 male and female students aged 20 to 30 years old who experience mild neck pain.
To participate, students need to have a BMI between 20 and 30, and they should have been experiencing neck pain for at least a month. Participants will undergo a series of tests, including measuring their height and weight, assessing their neck pain, and checking their hand grip strength. The study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to help understand how everyday habits, like using mobile devices, might affect neck health and strength among young adults.
