This clinical trial is studying the effects of a treatment called Clostridium Butyricum Miyairi on people with Parkinson's disease. Parkinson's disease is a condition that affects movement and can also lead to other symptoms like mood changes and sleep problems. The goal of this study is to see if this treatment can improve both the physical symptoms (like tremors or stiffness) and the non-physical symptoms (like anxiety or depression) in people who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's.
To participate in this trial, individuals must be at least 20 years old and have a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. However, individuals with Parkinson's disease-related dementia or lactose intolerance cannot take part in this study. Participants will receive the treatment and will be monitored to see how it affects their symptoms over time. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and it aims to gather more information about how effective this treatment can be for those living with Parkinson's disease.

- • People with Parkinson's disease Dementia, or Lactose Intolerance
