ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is investigating how different types of airway equipment can affect the management of breathing problems during surgeries. Specifically, researchers want to understand how often airway complications occur when patients are receiving anesthesia and how the equipment used might influence these complications. The study aims to provide better insights into ensuring safer procedures for patients.
To participate in this trial, you need to be between 18 and 75 years old and scheduled for an elective surgery that will be done under general anesthesia. You should not have any markers that suggest you might have a difficult airway, which could complicate the intubation process (the placement of a tube to help you breathe). If you qualify, you will be part of a study that helps improve the safety and effectiveness of airway management in surgeries, ultimately benefiting future patients. The trial is currently active but not recruiting new participants.
