ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how deep cervical flexor muscle exercises can help people suffering from tension-type headaches. The researchers want to see if these exercises can reduce pain, improve spinal posture (the way your spine is aligned), and change how sensitive a person feels to different sensations. The study will measure pain levels, sensory sensitivity, and posture using simple tools, so the results can be clearly understood.

To participate in this study, individuals must be diagnosed with tension-type headaches. However, certain conditions will disqualify people from joining, such as having had a serious neck injury, specific types of headaches like cluster headaches, or being pregnant or breastfeeding. If eligible, participants can expect to take part in exercises aimed at improving their symptoms and will be monitored for changes in pain and posture throughout the trial. The study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to provide valuable insights into managing tension-type headaches.
