ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying two different techniques—Bowen's technique and Mulligan's bent leg raise technique—to see how they help improve the flexibility and functional abilities of male Kabaddi players who have tight hamstrings. The goal is to learn which method works better for these athletes, ultimately helping them perform better and reducing their risk of injury.
To participate in this study, players must be male, aged between 18 and 30, and have a specific range of knee extension loss due to hamstring tightness. They should not have a history of recent lower body injuries or any significant back issues. If selected, participants can expect to try out either of the two techniques and be monitored for improvements in their movement and flexibility. This research aims to provide valuable insights into sports rehabilitation for Kabaddi players.
