ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how an artificial intelligence (AI) tool can affect the satisfaction of both healthcare professionals and patients during outpatient visits. The researchers want to see if using this AI tool makes the visits quicker, improves the quality of health information collected, and makes everyone feel more satisfied with their experience. The study will involve adults aged 18 to 80 who are visiting outpatient clinics for any health concern, comparing those who use the AI tool with those who follow the usual process.
To participate, patients need to be able to understand and complete questionnaires and must sign an agreement to join the study. However, those with language barriers, cognitive disabilities, or who are part of other studies that could affect the trial's results won't be included. If you join, you can expect to provide feedback on your experience, and the researchers will analyze the results by the end of 2025 to see how the AI tool impacted everyone involved.
