This clinical trial is focused on understanding how common advanced liver fibrosis and viral infections like hepatitis B and C are in the Seine Saint Denis area of France. Advanced liver fibrosis is a serious condition that can result from various causes, including chronic hepatitis and alcohol use. The study aims to find out how many people in this community are affected by these conditions using simple screening tests, which will help ensure that those who need care receive proper and personalized management.
To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and have signed consent. Unfortunately, individuals who are pregnant, under legal protection, or unable to give consent due to mental health issues cannot participate. If eligible, participants can expect to undergo quick and easy screening tests to assess their liver health. The goal is to improve awareness and treatment of liver diseases, ultimately reducing serious complications and improving overall health outcomes in the community.

- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Age≥18 years
- • Collection of signed consent
- • Patients affiliated to a Social Security System
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- • Subjects under AME
- • Persons under court protection
- • Guardianship or curatorship,
- • Safeguard of justice
- • Persons under psychiatric care without their consent
- • Persons admitted to a health or social institution for purposes other than research,
- • Patients of full age under legal protection (guardianship or curatorship)
- • Persons unable to express their consent.
