This clinical trial is studying the effects of a special training program on male volleyball players. Over 12 weeks, players will participate in different exercises, including jump training and jump rope sessions, to improve their performance and technical skills. At the beginning and end of the trial, players will be tested on various physical abilities, such as their vertical jump, sprint speed, and skills like serving and spiking. They will also share how they feel about the exercises they do.
To be eligible for this trial, participants must be healthy male volleyball athletes aged 18 and older who are willing to complete all training sessions. Those with chronic diseases or any conditions that prevent them from exercising will not be able to participate. This trial is currently active but not looking for new participants. Overall, it aims to help improve training methods for volleyball players by comparing different exercise techniques.
