ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial aims to better understand primary headaches, which include types like migraines and tension-type headaches. Researchers at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital will enroll 2,000 patients who are under 65 years old and meet specific criteria for these headaches. Participants will need to be able and willing to complete a "Headache Diary," which helps track their symptoms. The study will collect various information about the patients, including their headache frequency, severity, and any medications they use.
Over the next ten years, participants will have regular check-ups every 6 to 12 months to evaluate their headaches and overall health. This study is looking for individuals who do not have other serious health issues, such as heart disease or neurological conditions. By participating, individuals can contribute valuable information that may help improve treatments for primary headaches in the future.
