- • He or she has been professionally doing sports for 5 years
- • At least three training per week For Sedentary
- • Sedentary people who have not regular exercises in daily life
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Ankle instability
- • Neurological diseases
- • Surgical history (last one year)
