ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on understanding how young people aged 15 to 39, who have cancer or are caregivers for someone with cancer, respond to specific questions about their health and quality of life. The goal is to improve the way we measure how cancer affects young people's daily lives, which can help in providing better care for them and others with chronic health conditions. The study is currently active but not recruiting new participants.
To be eligible for the trial, participants who have a history of cancer must have been diagnosed between the ages of 15 and 39 and should either be receiving treatment or be within 10 years of completing treatment. Those without a cancer history can also take part if they meet the age and language requirements. Caregivers of young adults with cancer can join too, as long as they are 18 or older and their child or partner is between 15 and 25 years old and meets the study criteria. Participants can expect to share their experiences and opinions, which will help shape future care and support for young people facing cancer.
